Rules of Level Benefits
1. Qualifying Points Azul Itaú Card and Partners
When transferring credit card points from Azul's partner banks, qualifying points will be credited at a ratio of 15:1, meaning: for every 15 points transferred, 1 point will also count as a qualifying point. On the Azul Itaú card, this ratio will be 10:1, meaning: for every 10 Azul points accumulated, 1 point will count as qualifying. As per the Regulation published in February 2024, from April 1, 2024, credit card points transfers from Azul's partner banks will not receive qualifying points in any proportion. For points accumulated on the Azul Itaú card, the ratio of 10:1 remains, meaning: for every 10 Azul points accumulated, 1 point will count as qualifying.
2. Unlimited Courtesy in Domestic Espaço Azul
Valid only for domestic flights operated by Azul.
3. Priority Baggage Delivery for Diamond Level
At some airports.
4. Courtesy Ticket for Companion
Customers participating in Clube Azul 20,000, customers with Azul Itaú Infinite card, or who maintained the category via Status Match Challenge or Tier Challenge (2021) will only be entitled to the courtesy ticket after completing 20,000 qualifying points. Valid only for domestic flights operated by Azul, except in fare classes "Y," "A," and "B," and flights operated by Azul Conecta. The courtesy is valid only for the payment of the regular fare, meaning it does not include any other fees (boarding fee, change fee, penalties, or special service fees such as pet transport, excess baggage, sports equipment transport, etc.), as well as optional expenses, such as extra passenger services, Espaço Azul, insurance, accommodations, and personal expenses (food, transportation, phone calls, shopping, tours, and other personal expenses). The reservation must be created for round-trip from the original departure location (multi-leg is not valid). Valid example: departure VCP-CNF and return CNF-VCP. The reservation must be created at least 7 business days before the departure date. The use of two or more courtesy tickets in a single reservation is not allowed, meaning one courtesy per locator will be released. The use of the courtesy must be linked to a fare reservation.
From April 1, 2024, the issuance of the courtesy ticket related to the Diamond and Azul Itaú Card courtesy will undergo changes. The benefit will be exclusively available through the Azul App, during the standard ticket issuance procedure, and only when a ticket is purchased with national currency, making it impossible to provide the benefit via call center or website. Thus, it is emphasized that the privilege associated with the issuance of the courtesy ticket will no longer be available for transactions involving the purchase of tickets using points, and the impossibility of issuance after the reservation acquisition by the benefit holder.
According to the new Regulation published in February 2024 and valid from April 1, 2024, there were changes in the way to achieve the Diamond level. Customers who reach this level from this date (April 1, 2024) will have 2 options: a) Accumulate 12,000 Qualifying Points and (plus) 12 Segments, or, b) R$ 25,000 in Air Spending on Azul in the current year/cycle (including regular fares and/or extra services, as described on the relevant page). Thus, to unlock the Diamond Level Courtesy Ticket benefit, the rules for achieving this level prevail. To unlock the Companion Ticket Benefit, the above conditions will be considered. It is important to note that the use of the Courtesy Ticket benefit does not count towards earning qualifying points and/or segments.
Customers who achieved the Diamond Category by accumulating 20,000 qualifying points in 2023, or from 01/01/2024 to 03/31/2024, the Companion Ticket benefit remains available during the current year/cycle.

6. Baggage
Baggage benefits for Topázio, Safira, or Diamante level participants for logged purchases in reais, points, and points + money are valid by category or fare purchased, with the most beneficial rule for the customer prevailing, and are not cumulative among them. Basic level customers who purchase tickets at the “Azul” fare (R$) are not entitled to the baggage benefit; when redeeming in points or points + R$, they are entitled to two bags of up to 23kg each on international flights. For other levels, the most beneficial rule for the customer will prevail. Extra baggage benefits for Safira or Diamante level participants will not be valid for the Azul Conecta airline.
7. Parking Discount
BPark Parking. To use it, it is necessary to present the boarding pass.
8. Flight Anticipation
For domestic flights, a discount of R$ 25.00 on the app and R$ 30.00 at the airport.
9. Advance Seat Selection
For domestic flights, with prices starting at R$25.00 on the Azul Fare.
10. Maximum National Air Redemption Ceiling per Level
Published on March 14, 2024, and effective from April 1, 2024, the redemption ceiling for domestic tickets on Azul flights will be personalized by level, following the criteria below: a) ceiling of 90,000 points for Diamond level, b) 110,000 points for Safira level, c) 120,000 points for Topázio level, and d) 130,000 points for Basic level.
11. Differentiated Pricing on Azul Air Tickets in Points According to Level
Subject to seat availability and percentage changes without prior notice.
12. Espaço Azul
Does not include Espaço Azul in domestic business.
13. VIP Lounge
Diamond customers with 1 guest have access to the Azul Lounge in Campinas and the Advantage Lounge in Congonhas. Children up to 12 years old are subject to the current lounge policy (check at the time of lounge access), and children over 12 years old have a 20% discount (upon proof of relationship). To enter the Azul Lounge or Advantage Lounge, the Diamond customer and their guest must present the boarding pass with confirmed travel on Azul flights for the same day from the airport in question.
*In case of lounge overcrowding, access may be temporarily restricted.
14. Cabin Upgrade in Points
The points required to upgrade to the executive class are 175,000 points for Basic and Topázio categories, 150,000 points for Safira category, and 125,000 points for Diamond category. Values per passenger and segment, subject to seat availability on the day of boarding, requiring consultation at the airport. The rule will be valid from February 19, 2024.
15. National Flight Anticipation
The flight anticipation option is released 8 hours before the original flight on the App or Airport. You can anticipate your original flight time up to 6 hours before the new departure time, provided this flight is a single segment of Azul. Anticipation is only allowed for reservations with more than 6 hours between the purchase date/time and anticipation. Flights can only be anticipated if maintaining the original reservation origin and destination. If it is necessary to change the original origin and destination or anticipate the flight time more than 6 hours from the initial flight time, it is subject to change fees and fare differences, according to the rules of each fare, this type of change can only be made via App or airport kiosks.
16. Advance Seat Selection
Seat selection for Azul Fidelidade customers can be made up to before the common 48-hour advance period for other customers. To do so, access the My Reservations area on the website www.voeazul.com.br.
17. Buy, Renew, and Transfer Points
Qualifying points will be credited at a ratio of 15:1, meaning: for every 15 points transferred, 1 point will also count as qualifying. As per the regulation published in February 2024, from April 1, 2024, points from the purchase, renewal, or transfer of points will not receive qualifying points in any proportion, meaning they will not be considered for achieving any level.
18. Clube Azul Subscription
Qualifying points will be credited at a ratio of 10:1, meaning: for every 10 points accumulated, 1 point will also count as qualifying.
20. Safer
Discounts valid for rides with Safer at Florianópolis, Brasília, Recife, Curitiba, and Vitória Airports. Check-in for the service through the Safer app, with the code sent by email, or at the service kiosks using the boarding pass.
21. Points per Azul Flight
As published on March 14, 2024, from April 1, 2024, the accumulation of points per Azul flight will follow: a) Basic Level: 1 Azul Point for every R$ spent; b) Topázio Level: 2 Azul Points for every R$ spent; c) Safira Level: 3 Azul Points for every R$ spent; d) Diamond Level: 4 Azul Points for every R$ spent. Regardless of the fare type and flight type, domestic or international.
As provided in the Regulation, Azul reserves the right to indicate the flights, fare classes, and fares where Azul Points accumulation will be allowed. To obtain information about eligibility rules, the Participant can access the details on the website.
22. Beneficiaries
Published on March 14, 2024, and effective from April 1, 2024, the number of beneficiaries for Azul ticket redemption in points will be greater at each level of the loyalty program. Being a) Basic Level: up to 5 beneficiaries; b) Topázio Level: up to 6 beneficiaries; c) Safira Level: up to 7 beneficiaries, and d) Diamond Level: up to 8 beneficiaries. In case of beneficiary changes, it will be necessary to wait for a 30-day waiting period to issue a ticket for the new beneficiary. In case of a level downgrade, the removed beneficiary will be the last one(s) on the list in numerical order according to the number of beneficiaries of the new level after the downgrade.
23. Validity of Azul Points
As provided in the Regulation published in February 2024 and effective from April 1, 2024, Azul Points will be valid for at least 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of their accumulation, possibly having a longer validity according to the respective Level: a) Basic Level: 2 years, b) Topázio Level: 3 years; c) Safira Level: 4 years, and d) Diamond Level: 5 years. Except for Azul Points obtained through products or promotional campaigns launched by Azul and/or its Partners, which respect the validity or information provided in the Product and/or Campaign.
