Azul Cargo Express, the logistics unit of Azul Linhas Aéreas, has its business model in express parcels and cargo shipments, taking advantage of the capacity of Azul's airline network. Today, the Azul Cargo Express network has over 300 stores in Brazil and abroad, offering "door to door" service to over 4,200 Brazilian cities, besides the entire territory of the USA and Portugal.
The services offered include critical parcels, B2C distribution for e-commerce, parcels at economical rates and palletized cargo in the global market.

ACHATS RÉELS : Les achats effectués via le site Internet et « l'application mobile » d'Azul (via « smartphones » et « tablettes ») sont exonérés des frais d'émission. Les frais d'émission sont facturés pour les achats effectués auprès des comptoirs situés dans les aéroports, les magasins physiques et le centre d'appels de l'entreprise. Aéroports et magasins physiques : sur les vols intérieurs, les frais sont de 170,00 R$ (One Hundred And Seventy reais) pour les achats d'une valeur totale allant jusqu'à 1 500,00 R$ (mille cinq cents) ou 10 % du prix. tarif lorsqu'il dépasse 1.500,00 R$ (mille cinq cents). Sur les vols internationaux, les frais d'émission s'élèvent à 7 % du tarif payé. Centre d'appels (+55 11 4003-1118) : Le tarif est de 170,00 R$ (One Hundred And Seventy reais) par passager et par trajet sur les vols intérieurs, et de 350,00 R$ (Three Hundred And Fifty reais) par passager et par étape sur les vols internationaux. Tarifs avec règles flexibles (réservation en Classe Y) : Seront disponibles à la vente uniquement via le Call Center. Aucun frais de modification ou d'annulation ne sera facturé. Remboursement de 95 % (quatre-vingt-quinze pour cent) du montant du tarif. Aucun frais d'émission ne sera facturé.
ACHATS EN POINTS ET POINTS + ARGENT : Pour les réservations émises avec des points ou des points + argent via le canal de service TudoAzul (+55 11 4003-1141), dans les magasins physiques ou dans les aéroports, la valeur des frais d'échange est de 150,00 R$ (cent cinquante reais) par passager pour les vols intérieurs et à partir de 250,00 R$ (deux cent cinquante reais) par passager pour les vols internationaux. Pour les réservations émises avec des points ou des points + espèces sur le site Internet AZUL (connecté à TudoAzul) et sur l'application mobile (via « smartphones » et « tablettes »), pour les vols intérieurs, la valeur des frais de remboursement est de 33,90 R$ (trente -neuf reais et quatre-vingt-dix cents) par passager et par trajet, avec l'échange pour les vols d'une date supérieure ou égale à 90 jours, et pour les vols internationaux, la valeur des frais d'échange sera exonérée de perception. L'échange s'effectue à partir de 129,00 R$ (cent vingt-neuf reais) par passager et par trajet, et les émissions réalisées pour les vols d'une date supérieure ou égale à 120 jours seront exonérées de la facturation des frais d'échange. Il y aura également une exonération de la perception des frais de rachat, quelle que soit l'avance de la réservation, si l'achat est effectué à l'aéroport de Campinas, à condition que l'émission soit effectuée par le titulaire du programme TudoAzul et pour son propre voyage. Azul Linhas Aéreas informe qu'elle vend des billets d'avion uniquement par les canaux officiels susmentionnés. De faux messages ont été envoyés de manière inappropriée par courrier électronique par des personnes non autorisées. Nous vous informons que nous n'envoyons pas d'e-mails pour l'octroi de billets d'avion sur présentation d'un coupon numéroté aux fenêtres de la compagnie et demandons aux clients d'ignorer tout e-mail ayant un tel contenu.
Conformément à la loi n° 12 741/2012, nous informons les pourcentages d'impôt, PIS - 0,65%, COFINS - 3,00%, CPS - 1,00%.
